The LinkD Network:

Connecting the Pieces That Matter

We are a network of healthcare professionals, local advocates, business owners, an community members working together across Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.

Think of The LinkD Network as a puzzle, every person brings a different piece, and every piece has a purpose.

No one person can have every answer, but together, we create a stronger network of knowledge, resources, and connections.  When someone needs help, we connect them with the right person, resource, or professional who can help.

Because when the right people connect, everyone benefits.

Hello I am Lorena Bowles-Founder of The LinkD Network
Welcome to The LinkD Network!

I’ve always believed that we are better when we work together.

After more than two decades in healthcare, I saw how often passionate professionals were working hard, navigating challenges, and trying to figure things out on their own. I knew there had to be a better way.

That belief inspired me to create The LinkD Network in 2008 - a place where professionals could build genuine relationships, share knowledge and resources, and connect with the people who could help them move forward.

What started as a small gathering has grown into a thriving network across Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, but our mission remains the same: bring the right people together so we can support one another and better serve our communities.

I believe every person brings something valuable to the table. Sometimes, all it takes is the right connection to open a door, solve a problem, or make a difference.

That’s what The LinkD Network is all about.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to connecting with you!

Reach out, introduce yourself, tell me what you do, and let me know how The LinkD Network can help you make the connections that matter.

I look forward to connecting with you!

Welcome to Our Community

 What We Do

We bring healthcare and non-healthcare professionals together to network, share resources, and grow. Across Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, our network supports your professional journey through three main pieces:

  • Our Website: A public directory where the community and other members can easily find your services.

  • Private Facebook Groups: State-specific spaces for daily professional networking and resource sharing.

  • Local Chapters: Monthly in-person gatherings hosted by members and facilitated by professionals who share our vision.

The Monthly Chapter Experience

We meet once a month in different areas from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM to collaborate, learn from one another, and better serve our communities. Every meeting includes:

  • Complimentary Breakfast: Fuel your morning with a light breakfast and open networking with local peers.

  • Expert Speakers: Access ongoing professional education focused on leadership, stewardship, and business building.

  • Career & Business Opportunities: Tap into a highly supportive referral network that helps you locate your next opportunity or grow your business.

  • Digital Badge Advantage: Active website members get exclusive digital badge access, allowing you to introduce yourself and pitch your business to the entire group without needing to bring a door prize.

Our local chapters bring people together right in your neighborhood. Our meetings are hosted in-person by our Facilitators at all types of businesses and organizations, including:

  • Senior Living & Care Communities: Assisted living, memory care, and independent senior living.
