Job Description
A driver for Shannon NEMT will be responsible for safely transporting Ambulatory, Wheel chair and Stretcher Chair passengers. We pick up at skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, rehab facilities, doctors office and the like. The ideal driver is someone who is cautious and careful with a heart for the elderly and handicapped.
No experience is required. Our training program is 2 - 3 weeks long with a minimum of 25 training trips. We also will get the driver CPR certified.
Candidates must have a clean driving record, clean criminal background and no crimes against the elderly.
